Every year the Academy announces those artists that have been awarded distinguished, or ‘elected,' artist status.
We are proud to announce this year's NEWLY 'elected' artists:
This year's distinguished artists have been elected on the basis of the quality and impact of the work they have exhibited at the Academy.
For existing elected artists, Occasion is an opportunity to celebrate and represent the relationship they have had with the Academy over the years. For new elected artists, it is their chance to shine.
